ASP Register form won't add data to database

Good Afternoon,

I hope everyone is doing well today. I'm creating a form for users to
register their information and I want to add it to an access database 2000.
I created the DSN on my ISP's server and I did it within Frontpage 2003.
Here is a link to the page:

http://www.peconet.com/register.asp

I've went into the form options and chose to send it to a database and
selected all the fields and matched them to the form. But for some reason
the new user data is not getting into the database. Can someone help?

What method (DBRW or hand coded VB script) are you using to write the form data to the DB
and provide snippet of code
