Assigning Tasks In Business Contact Manager

I'm trying to assign tasked to different users within Business Contact
Manager, but for some reason every user sees every task assigned, whether or
not they are assigned to them or not. What am I doing wrong and how can I
get it so that the only tasks a user sees are the tasks assigned to them?
