assigning tasks to "sub PMs" to schedule them

hi,
i was wondering if it was possible to assign a summary task to a Sub PM so
he/she can further schedule those tasks and assign resources he has access
to. and then send me that schedule back which would fit into my project
schedule. if this is unclear, please comment and i will try to clarify.

Hi,

Not a summary task, but a project on its own right; you can then integrate
such project (as if it were a summary task) using Insert, Project and Share
Resources.
