Assigning writes to multiple folders

Is there any way to assign owner rights to multiple folders in Outlook 2000,
while hiding others, without having to manually set these rights to each
folder?

You can grant full access to the other mailbox in Exchange, but you can't
set any folder-specific permissions therein (and the access set on the
server will trump anything set in Outlook), so, no. What about using public
folders for data that really needs to be shared?

Nope, manually is the way to go here.
