attaching a wordpad doc

I created a word pro doc that has general notes I want a viewer of the schedule to know about. I used Insert->Object->wordpad doc to attach it to the schedule. The icon was placed in the gnatt view. I found under the properties I could link it to a task but I could not find how to move it to a different view. I really want it to appear on the entry view on the first task line as a note a reader can click on and review. Does anyone know how I can move it or create it so it is located on the task line
Thanks
