Attaching custom toolbar to templates

In PPT 2002 I created a macro and assigned it to a new
custom toolbar in a template file. When I open the
template on a different computer, the custom toolbar is
not appear on the list of toolbars.

How can I attach a toolbar to a template so that it will
travel to the template on different computers? I have
the same issue with auto correct entries. Can new auto
correct entries get assigned to the template also?
