I have a customer who stores Excel spreadsheets in the text field of his
contacts that are in a public folder. When the customer right-clicks the
attachment, they can change the label. The label then shows up instead of
the actual name of the file for him and two other computers.
I have just installed a new computer at this location. This computer will
not display the label of the attachment. It only displays the file name. I
had the customer upgrade from Outlook 2002 to 2003 in hopes that it would fix
the problem, but it hasn't. How can I display the label of the attachment in
place of the actual file name?
