Attachments in Outlook XP

Aili Bond

I know this must be a really basic question but I'm
stumped. In the "old" version of Outlook when I attached
a document to an email and printed the email, I could see
the attachment. In the new version I cannot and therefore
have no evidence that there actually was an attachment.
Is there a solution?

Outlook does not consistently print the attachment list
for HTML messages. Other format messages should be OK.
According to Microsoft, this can be fixed for OUtlook
2000 by applying one of the updates discussed at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=271562. I haven't had
a chance to try these myself.

Anotehr solution is the Print on Demand utility from
http://www.sperrysoftware.com/jcPrintOnDemand.asp, which
adds two new buttons to print the message with the
attachment names appended and to print just the
attachments.
