Attachments - Long white space.

For Outlook XP, when someone I know adds an attachment, there's a large blank
space before the attachment itself, in the attachment list.

A small scrollbar appears, and eventually, you can see the attachment.

Is there a default setting you can set to prevent this from happening?

I'm not really clear about what behavior you are experiencing. In what
dialog do you see this? Could you post a screenshot somewhere or otherwise
mail it to me?

Sorry for taking too long to reply.

Here's a screenshot of the following problem:

If you notice on the attachment section, there's a scrollbar. Is there
anyway to remove the large gap of white space that's causing that? It's not
a big deal, since you can see the attached file eventually, but it gets
annoying.

Thanks for your help.

If anyone knows why this happens, please let me know as soon as possible.

It's urgent.
