Help! I've never seen this happen and don't know how to explain it.
One of our secretaries sent an HTML email message to a client which included
seven (7) 2-3 page attachments. When she printed a hard copy of the email
message for our files ONLY six (6) of the attachment icons showed on the
printout. The missing attachment icon was not the first item attached, nor
was it the item sent as an attachment from Word. Every other attachment is
displayed just fine. I tried, if for no other reason...I needed to try
something...to change the orignation from Portrait to Landscape, thinking
that maybe there was not enought room to print all of the attachment icons,
but that didn't help. I'm really bewildered.
We are using Outlook 2003 SP1 along with Exchange 2003. The email was sent
to an individual outside of our organization.
Could anyone help explain what is happening??
