I've had people tell me that they tried to send me an email with an attachment and it wasn't able to go trhough. Do I need to do something in Outlook to allow attachments, or could it be my antivirus software?

What version of Outlook? Are the messages in question telling you that
attachments to the messages were blocked by Outlook?

I'm using Outlook Professional 2003.

Outlook has given me that message before. What does it mean? Can I make it so it doesn't block them?
