Attachments

When attaching a picture to an email, I always open it up to check its the
correct picture that I'm sending (picture opens up in Office Picture Manager)
and it always has the other pictures within the directory included - and
sends them to!!

How can I stop this happening?

Please someone help!!!!

How are you sending these attachments? Are you attaching them through the Picture
Manager? You'd be better served attaching the file by browsing to it.
Use a different viewer, www.irfanview.com is good and free (get the plug-ins too) or
use the Windows Picture & Fax viewer.

I am attaching the files via the browser and it still happens.
Thank you for your info regarding the other programme, but I cannot install
as I am working from the office computer!!!

The Windows Picture and Fax viewer should be already installed. It is a Windows
application.
