Auto Bullet & Numbering Feature ?

How do I shut off the "auto bullets & numbering" feature in Word 2003?

Please do not multipost. In Word, click on Tools | AutoCorrect
Options | AutoFormat As You Type | uncheck the unwanted features
below "Apply as you type" and "Automatically as you type" | OK.

Since you're using OE where it's easily accomplished, you could at least
crosspost instead of multipost.

Then don't post to the Word newsgroup if that's how you feel
about that group. But you're wrong about the
microsoft.public.word.newusers group... not counting spam, only
one post today has gone unanswered so far, while the next
unanswered post in that group was from 11 days ago and was
off-topic for the group, and the previous unanswered post was
from more than a month ago, out of a total of 230 posts there
during the same period. How do you figure that 3 out of 230 is
"most"?

between cross and multi posting.
