Auto Check Mail Not working

Outlook will no longer check the POp Mail for me autmatically. I have the
function turned on and it used to work but now will not. I have tried
reinstalling Office Any help would be appreciated.

What period of time do you have your mail polling set to? ("Check for new
mail every ___ minutes"?)
