Auto-Deleting in Outlook w/o closing

We are trying to configure one person's outlook (on our network) so
that it can auto delete messages in the sent and deleted items folder
w/o closing the program or sending it to the deleted items folder. Any
suggestions?

AutoArchive might be one solution. It won't delete everything all at once,
but it will definitely keep the folder contents down to just a day's worth
of messages.
