Auto Fill Check Box

I know how to auto fill a form with fields, but i want the form to
automatically fill in a check box or radio button just like the auto fill
fields. i.e., options annual, sick, LWOP, Other. (When the user chooses one
of these, i want the form to auto fill the same choice again). HURRY!

If you need a quick answer, you have to take more care formulating the question.
Are we discussing word form fields, here? Or a UserForm?

Basically, you'd need code to check the settings of the form, then write them
somewhere. The next time it's called, the code reads this information and
applies it before displaying the form.

Where to best save the information depends on what you've got, and you don't
tell us anything that would give us a clue.
