Auto Filling a Form Field by Typing in Another Form Field

Hello,

Question: I have two Form fields, both are in different tables, but should
display the same information. What I want to happen is if you fill out the
the first form field, the second form field will auto generate the same
information. How can this be accomplished?

In the second table, replace the form field with a Ref field. See method 2
