auto filter not working

auto filter not work when i hide the column or cell in which formula is there.

i want to hide the formula so no one can see the formula. but after hiding
auto filter does not work.

as iam the new user of excel.

is there any vb code.if yes than how can i use that code.as i dont have
knowldege of vb. so pls explain in brief.

i try the code but does not work.
