Auto Format - capitalization of 1st word in sentence

L

Legal 1

When I end a sentence with a number (i.e., "My dog is 2."), I cannot get Word
to automatically capitalize the first word of the next sentence. How can I
fix this?

You can't; but, you can fix your writing. Try using the word "two" instead
of the number. Also, don't depend on Word's automatic capitalization (or
other autocorrect - error-correcting features) or your writing in other
contexts will suffer.

Word is built to assume that a number followed by a period is some sort of
reference number, not necessarily the end of a sentence.
