Capitalizing Words In The Middle Of Sentences

I don't get it. After years of using Word, I'm on Word 2013, all of a sudden it constantly wants to capitalize the word "In" in the middle of sentences. So if I type the following sentence.

I dropped a book In the trash. It just capitalizes the word In, and then I have to backspace it out and type it a couple more times before it doesn't. Any idea on what the heck would cause that?
