Auto insert date/time into form

I am coding a feedback form and I would like the date and time automatically
displayed and submitted on the form. I have set up the textbox to hold the
data but cant seem to remember what to put into it . Any help is appreciated.

If using the std FP form handler you don't need a field (textbox) for it
Set Form Properties Options Saved filed to include the date options

Thanx Stefan, I am already using that as the closing time/date for the form
(shows when submitted) I need another that will record the time/date that the
form was opened. I have found a Jscript that is displaying the info on the
form suct that the user can copy and paste into the form fields but I really
need to automate this as the users are on tablet pc's and doing a copy paste
function is too time consuming usin a stylus. Thanx for the input tho !.
