auto open folder containing emails un read

I am looking for a way to have Outlook, open the folders that have new
emails going in to them, like in Outlook Express,

I have looked but can not seem to find the option,

what I want it to do is when I open Outlook, it opens up the folders with
unread emails in or have the folders open when new emails go in to them.

And have you applied the Office Patches? One of them, I think SP-2, fixed
the folder display issue.
