Auto Save in XP

I know there is an auto save in XP for disaster recovery but is there a way
to get at that if the document is lost... for an example... lost because
of destroyed diskette

The autosave is in what ever location the document was opened from. If
you were working on the document located on the hard drive and then
saved a backup copy to the diskette that was subsequently destroyed,
simply copy the original from the harddrive to another backup diskette.
