auto text and global templates

ok i am so confused i am trying to make auto text available to four other
computers which are connected to one server the problem is i have no idea, i
am not at all clued up on anything and i am just confusing myself serching
for answers. i just need someone to tell me how to do it step by step please
help me. i have searched and found things on global templates and so on, as i
want text to be put onto autotext and then transfered across the network,
global templates have come up a lot so just need some help
thank you
