AutoCorrect entries on Microsft Word 2000 do not transfer between

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have Microsoft Word 2000. There were
a whole lot of entries already in the Autocorrect when Word 2000 was
installed. When I am working on a document, I can put new entries into
Autocorrect and use them with that document, but if I work on a fresh
document, all these new entries disappear, leaving only the entries that were
already in the Autocorrect when Word 2000 was installed. This means that if
I want to put my own Autocorrect entries in (which I do - a lot), I have to
do it all over again for every single document I work on.

Does anyone know how I can configure Word 2000 somehow to allow all
Autocorrect entries to be transferred between documents?

Thank you,
Cassyjanek

IIRC, in Word 2000 AutoCorrect entries are language dependent. Do you know
if you are switching proofing languages between documents? Also, did you
create your own Normal template? If so then that could be the cause of the
issue since only Word can create a proper Normal template and if you create
your own the AutoCorrect entries may not appear correctly in the dialog box
due to the language settings it provides to AutoCorrect.
