Yes. It's under Tools/Autocorrect Options. You want the ones for "autofit
text to placeholder."
Be aware, though, that these settings will affect your line spacing as well
as your font size. I find it annoying, because the line spacing can become
so small that it cuts off the ascenders and descenders on the text. I wish
this setting would only affect the actual font size and line spacing
*between* the "paragraphs."
