automate jump to next form field

In a Microsoft Word 2003 fill-in form, can I automate a jump to the next form
field once information is entered into the field? Ex. once a 3-digit area
code is entered, how can I automate the jump to the 3-digit prefix, without
the user having to tab over?

Thanks for the suggestion. This would substitute the ENTER key for the TAB
key. Is there a way to program an automatic jump to next field so that, when
data has been entered that satisfies the properties for that field (ex. 3
normal-text characters in a text field or selection made from drop-down
list), the cursor jumps to the next field? Again, thanks!

Not that I know of. The problem is the only two events that you have to
work with are the "On Entry" and "On Exit" to/from the formfield.

Assuming you mean an online form rather than a userform, there is no way I
know of to do this.
