Automatic Email Attachments

When trying to reply or creating a new message, the email will automatically attach a letter that I wrote last week.
How do I get this to stop?

Yes, it is the same message everytime. It's a very personal message and i'm trying to fix it before corparate has to help me
I couldn't tell you if I have "rules configured"

You can see if you've got rules configured by Tools-> Wizard Rules
