Automatic Formatting Condition: Time

Andy

Hi there,

I would like to Format Calendar Items based on the current time of day.

Ie:

Items older than the current time, get highlighted in red.

I have tried:

Field : Condition : Value
-------+--------------+---------
Start : On or before : Now()

Can you advise?

Thanks

What version of Outlook are you using? Only Outlook 2002 and 2003 support
Automatic Formatting on the Day/Week/Month view of the Calendar folder.

Hi Jocelyn,

I'm using OL98 (retro!:)

I kinda jumped the gun, hence my other post, as I later discovered that
Outlook doesn't (someone prove me wrong, please!:) have any inbuilt field to
return/display the time only. My aim was to Automatically format Items (Be
they Appointments/Posts/Whatever) based on the time of the day. I wanted to
highlight Items older than the current Time of day in one colour/format and
Items not older than the current time of day in another colour/format.

I thought I'd discovered a workaround for Calendar items alone, but
Recurring items have a date format of their own, which throws a mini spanner
in the works...

Thanks
