Automatic Show Start

I have received a number of PowerPoint slide shows (mainly jokes) but when
you open them, instead of getting a list of slides, the show automatically
starts. I am doing a project at the moment and what to have this option. When
I send it to people, I do not want them to se a list of slides, but to go
straight into the slide show.

How do you do this, and is it still possible for me to edit the slide show
even if other people get it to start automatically.
