There is probably nothing you can do. The bounce-backs are probably coming
from mail sent by another, virus infected, machine, not neccessarily within
your domain, and to whom your user sent an email.
Just hang in there and they will go away eventually.

Your user's mail address has hijacked. There's nothing you can do except
try and filter out the NDRs with rules.
