Automating calculation

My plan has auto calculation ON and it used to sum up the totals for the
summary task. but today I did a regrouping. took out one task from a summary
task of 5, to form a separate grouping. this was baselined earlier. Now the
summary total is showing the old total. What must have i done wrongly.

Hi,

Baseline data are not automatically recalculated (after all they are there
because they represent the situation when you took the baseline)
In Project 2003 you can save the baseline for selected tasks only and have
Project rool up the new situation to the summary tasks.
