Autopopulating in Word

G

Greg Maxey

By your use of the term "field" I will assume you are
using a Word Protected Form Text Field. Each text field
has a bookmark assigned to it. By default the first text
field is bookmarked text1. If you want to populate other
places in the document with the contents of text1 then use
a REF field { REF Text1 } at each location you want to
populate. Field code brackets { } are entered with
CTRL+F9. For this action to be automatic, you will need
to double click the form field and check "calculate on
exit."
