Avery Label Template Not Shown In New Document - Setting?

I've checked all my settings but don't know why MS Word 2003 shows me the
Avery 5163 Label Template in "New Document" on one PC, but doesn't on another
PC.

I've even copied the Normal.dot file from the working PC to the non-working
PC.

Help!
