Baby Birds coming back to wrong nest

Here’s one I have been baffled by. I hope one of you has seen this before
and knows how to resolve it.
I created something in Publisher and set it via email to the staff - when
any of them send a print of my publication to their printer, it prints on my
printer
This is the second time I have come across this and never could figure out
how to resolve it. One of our teachers created a newsletter in Publisher and
sent it via email to all teachers at our location. One teacher that received
the newsletter, every time she sent it to her printer, it would print to the
creator’s printer. Every one else could print it to their printers.
Hopefully someone has the answer, cause I'm fishin' with an unbaited hook on
this one...

Thanks in advance.

Publisher saves all printer information with each publication. Obviously all
your printers are networked. Have the user change the printer setup before they
print.

That's because they're all on the same network as you, so they can see
the networked printer, and so Publisher (having saved which printer it's
using in the document) prints to that.

Set the document to a fake printer (or image driver or PDF driver or
something other than a real printer) before sending the document out.
