I have the MS outlook BU utility installed but it won't allow me to backup
to CD, is there any way of doing this? I can back up to zip drive but I only
have 100mb zip drive and my personal and archive folders are now about
250mb. Can I not back up incrementally to CD?

go to the MS office website located under Help>Office online> select United
Kingdom when the site opens click on the product that you have and then
search in the searchbar for Backup. It then downloads a backup utility that
loads into your Outlook Product
