Background in folders

Hello

I have seen a folder with a photo for a backgound in My computer/Explore.
Not the icon but the background behind the files.

How do you do this? I have had a look in the properties but can't find
anything like this.

It's a function/feature of the operating system, and has nothing to do
with Office applications. (try r-clicking on the folder and properties)
