Background Music/Outlook Email

I would like to add background music to an email message.
I can do this so easily at home using Outlook Express, but
Outlook stumps me. Any help greatly appreciated.

I did go to help in Outlook 2003 and entered "add music". Got quite a few
hits, one of which was this one.......
