Background Sound

I want to add sound to the background of my page. The directions said to right click the page, properties, general tab and under background sound but the only problem is,it's shaded out and I can't select or enter anything. Any ideas?

With the page open in FrontPage, go to Tools > Page options > Authoring and set the
dropdowns to Custom.

Nope,
Still BACKGROUND SOUND is still shaded out and unable to access.
