Backing Up in Outlook 2003

I am a Hotmail user who is starting to use Outlook 2003
to view and manipulate my email. How can I backup my
personal folders on a daily basis so that I won't lose
any of my beloved emails?

Copy or move the mail from the Hotmail-folder to a pst-file and back-up the
pst-file on a daily bases by using the add-on from Microsoft or a
schedulable script. For both links to the files go to my site
