BACKING UP LAST WEEK'S EMAIL ONLY

I backup my emails to a .pst every week. is there any way to back up new ones
only since last backup from all folders without going into each one (I have
dozens) and sorting by date, etc.?

SInce all your Outlook data is in one data store, there's no way any backup
program can disginguish your current messages from your older ones.

How do you "back up"? I hope you don't export. The simplest way to back up
your Outlook data is simply to use Windows Explorer to copy the PST you have
already while Outlook is closed. Of course, if you use Exchange, then
copying (not exporting) your messages to a PST is a good way.
