Backup

When trying to backup my personal folders:
I receive "error copying file or folder: Cannot copy mailbox: The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file".
No other programs are open

If you press control+alt+delete, do you show an instance of outlook.exe
running?

Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted
