Banner Ad Not Working When Published To Web

I have a Banner Ad in a Top Shared Border that works fine
during preview in browser on my PC but does not work when
actually published to web. I can see the space where the
banner ad has been "absolutelya' positioned but the ads
(in this case, quotes) do not show and therefore are not
rotating. What is the fix?

So, the proper performance of the Banner Ad on the web-
site page's Top Shared Border is dependent on the presence
of a valid java engine on the visitor's PC?

BUT! Why does it work fine when I "preview-in-browser"
at 640x480 & 800x600 resolutions in Frontpage2002 on my
hard-drive but not after I have published the web to the
online server and access it "Live"?

Tom, then why does it work fine when I "preview-in-
browser" on the hard-drive before publishing it but not
when I access it "Live" on my host's web server via the
internet with the same browser?

I started having a similar problem with webbot includes.
And I discovered that if I removed the meta tag in the
head:
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 6.0">
the include file appeared.
(The problem introduced itself when I installed FrontPage
2003.)
