Hi,
I have a baselined schedule with no 'real' resources. I have set all fields
and all options to use Physical % Complete for EV Calculations. In order to
generate EV curves, I have assigned a single resource to every task, with a
utilisation of 100% and an hourly rate of £1.
When I report (Export timescaled data to excel) I get a strange result...
I get a very high initial few values of BCWP. the problem is these values
occur in periods prior to the first activities start date!
My first activity starts in the Week Commencing 10/10/05, and yet my BCWP
field includes a value in Week Commencing 12/09/05. My baseline also does not
have any activities starting prior to 10/10.
