Hello. We are a small company that has been using Groove for about a month
now. We use the calendars, but we also have a need for posting the calendars
publicly. We have been using Google Calendars for that. Now, there doesn't
seem to be an easy way of sharing or syncing calendars. I've been updating my
calendars in Outlook then using GrooveIt to sync to Groove. This doesn't work
very well, because if I change any event in a calendar, I have to manually go
to that event in the Groove calendar to delete it, since GrooveIt just moves
information from Outlook to Groove (it doesn't delete anything). So
basically, I end up manually revising three calendars: the one in Outlook,
the one in Groove, and the Google calendar. This seems very complicated and
inefficient. Any suggestions out there? OH, and we do not use Exchange or
SharePoint (don't even know what that is). Thanks in advance!
