best way to migrate from outlook xp -> 2003?

Hi I presently have two machines, one with outlook xp and all my old
email and a new one with outlook 2003 and nothing. What would be the
best way to transfer my email from my old computer to the new one?
(Excluding using IMAP since it would take days to to that).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
