blank My Tasks page appearing for team member

A team member opened PWA this morning to update their progress in My
Tasks. When the My Tasks page link was clicked, they were given the
web parts page with options to either close, reset personal settings,
etc. They applied the "close" action on the web parts page with the
intent to close My Tasks page if there was a copy of the page already
open on the server side. After applying the close action, the My
Tasks page went blank.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Several are now getting the following error in PWA.

An unexpected error has occurred.

I think what happened in this one case is the programmer inadvertently
deleted his My Tasks web part from the page given the option to
"close" it. I find it odd that team members are allowed to edit
their web pages out of the box (it seems). Problem is now, there's
no longer (if there ever was) a "Site Actions" drop down menu in his
My Tasks page to get the web part back. Anyway a team members PWA
account can be "reset"?

Thanks,
Andy

Andy --

Your team members have done nothing to cause this problem. The error
message your team members are seeing on their My Tasks page is due to
assignment corruption in an enterprise project to which they are assigned.
Refer to the following FAQ for information about this:

http://www.projectserverexperts.com/ProjectServerFAQKnowledgeBase/Unk...

Be sure to contact Microsoft to get the Hotfix package to address this
annoying problem. Hope this helps.

Yes, sir. I concur. Yesterday it suddenly occurred to me that this
was related to that corruption problem that was identified a while
back. I ran the query that identified the corrupted assignments and
went through the steps to fix them. Sorry to take everyone through
this when the issue had already been addressed.
