Blank Page from Email Links

When I click the links in my email IE opens to a blank page. How can I get IE
to open the link to the page the link is associated to in my email. I am
using Outlook 2002 (XP) and OS is XP Home Edition and the browser in IE
6.00.2800.1106.

Any sugestions will be welcome.
