Block dates of tasks

Hi everyone,
There is a way to block some fields in project, like start and finish of a
task?
I need it because a project schedule is created by an project manager but
the file is opened by others users and i want to prevent the change of the
schedule.

Hello Jose,

You can not lock a field in MS Project, but you can set a paswword for Read
only : File / Save as... / Tools ....

thanks for the answer, but i need other users change other fields like
resources. So i want just lock the date fields.
