Blocked Attachments

I had a friend sent my a .ppt file, and outlook has
blocked access to it.

How do I disable this feature!!! I know which attachments
to trust, and which not to!! Thank you!!

assuming you microsoft outlook 2000 or 2002, see

if you really meant to say outlook express, see tools | options | security
tab | uncheck second box from top concerning attachments.
